We had called around for service on our refrigerator for three days, getting answering machines and no call backs. When we did get a return call, we were told it would cost $65 just to come and diagnose the problem. Finally, we were told about Bob's Repairs. We called and we had a return call within 15 minutes. We were told it would cost $20 to come out, but that would be applied to the bill if we decidied to get it fixed. The man that came out from Bob's was professional and courteous. He told us what the problem was, and how much it would cost. In the end, it cost us $55 which was less than most of the other places service charge.
Thank you Bob!

Selecting a hot water heater can be confusing especially if you are not aware of the types of hot water heating systems available to you. When you go out to buy a new car you want all the information you can get about the car you are buying from how economical it is to how reliable it is to the type engine it has under the hood. Many people do not consider doing research and finding out what type of engine they use for water heating. They simply replace what they have with a similar hot water heater and go with it without considering the long term consequences of their decision. Fuels costs including electricity is rising every year and we need to take the time now to purchase the right water heater so that in the future when fuel prices rise we don't feel it so much like our neighbors who make quick decisions without considering the future. As you read this article it will help educate you to what is available and it will help you make the best decision now for the water heater you purchase which will be with you for the next five to fifteen years (the range of life expectancy for a water heater depending on quality and maintenance). Purchasing a hot water heater is a long term choice and it's important to educate yourself about the choices available.
